QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate or Fellow in the Society of Actuaries and Membership in American Academy of Actuaries
- At least 5 years of actuarial experience
- Analytical, communication, and project management skills
- PC, software, and programming knowledge
- Ability to work well with others
- Innovative, creative, and independent
- Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare valuations of KCL and its subsidiaries in a controlled environment while complying with conforming actuarial practices, standards, and regulations.
- Review, analyze, and communicate valuation results, methods, assumptions, and implications.
- Stay professionally informed about valuation industry practices and emerging issues. Provide insight and suggestions about appropriate valuation methods.
- Make valuation process improvements and deal with significant changes and challenges while meeting financial reporting deadlines and deliverables.
- Provide leadership and direction to the staff by effectively managing both people and projects and meeting all functional objectives.
